We are excited to invite you to our upcoming Halloween Charity Event & Display where our goal is for everyone to enjoy Halloween in a safe and fun environment with lots to see and do, all whilst raising money for charity.
All proceeds raised will go directly to Leicestershire and Rutland Blood Bikes, who work closely supporting the NHS, Air Ambulance, LOROS and Birmingham Milk Bank. We are 100% volunteer based charity and the service we provide is free of charge. without your support we struggle to maintain the service we provide.

Leicestershire and Rutland Blood Bikes
Leicestershire and Rutland Blood Bikes or LRBB for short runs a free of charge, out of hours courier service for the local NHS hospitals, Air Ambulance, LOROS and the Birmingham Milk Bank. LRBB are a non-profit charity and is run 100% by volunteers, We rely on charitable donations to keep us doing our vital work.

Inclusive Hour
We are hoping to make this event accessible to everyone and do not want anyone to miss out on attending. So, for the first hour of the event (4PM - 5PM) we are opening the event to anyone who struggles with big crowds or has any disabilities and special needs. We are asking everyone else to please respect this and wait until 5PM to come down and enjoy in the festivities.
What to expect
It Will be a night of fun and frights, for anybody that knows us, will know we have a huge collection of decorations. This year we have increased the collection and even obtained some new items that are from other countries. There will be Halloween inflatables, animatronics, pumpkins and all manner of creepy decorations. It will be great for photo opportunities. We will also be holding a raffle and tombola with some great prizes, along with other carnival type games. There will be some arts and crafts for the adults and kids to enjoy. The bar will be open for drinks and there will be two food trucks which are The Wood Oven (pizza) and Eat Greek (Greek food). There will be a limited amount of covered seating on the night.
ANNOUNCEMENT
We are very pleased to announce there will be two bouncy castles on site for the evening. These will be charged at £5 each for 5 minutes, hopefully this will increase the enjoyment of the evening. WE APOLOGISE BUT DUE TO WEATHER FORECASTS THE BOUNCY CASTLE PEOPLE HAVE PULLED OUT OF THE EVENT.
There is a separate room for our clown display as we are well aware people suffer from Coulrophobia (clown phobia). This will be signed posted.

Can you please park over the road from the cricket club on the Lutterworth Recreational Ground car park, Please follow car park signage. There will be five disabled car parking spaces on the cricket club please make a volunteer aware.

Raffle Rules
We will only be selling tickets to adults (18+) as there may be some prizes unsuitable for children
Tickets will be £1 each
Tickets will be available on the day
The raffle will be drawn on the night within the last hour of the event
If you win an alcoholic prize on the raffle or tombola please be aware that it can not be consumed on the cricket club during the event, but the bar in the club house will be open for the event.
GAMES
Wristbands can be purchased on the night which will allow access to the carnival games. The wristbands will be £2 each, adults and children can both play the games and have a chance at winning some prizes.

Terms & Conditions
All children should be accompanied by a responsible adult.
There is a maximum capacity of 1000 people on site and 100 people in the clubhouse, so be prepared to queue if necessary.
Costumes are encouraged, but must not include real or replica weapons, sharp objects, or offensive symbols.
Masks may be subject to security inspection.
The Organiser reserves the right to deny entry to anyone wearing inappropriate or unsafe attire.
Follow all safety instructions from staff and signage.
Strobe lighting, fog effects, and loud noises may be used; those with sensitivities attend at their own discretion.
The Organiser is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage except where caused by negligence.
We will have security on site for the event.
Attendees must behave respectfully and responsibly. The following are strictly prohibited:
Aggressive, abusive, or unsafe behavior
Possession or use of illegal substances
Weapons or dangerous items
Vandalism or damage to property
Harassment of staff or other guests
Anyone violating these rules may be removed from the Event without refund. If necessary police will be informed.
By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded. Images and footage may be used for promotional purposes by the Organiser. If you do not wish to appear in media, please notify staff upon arrival.
Attendees are responsible for their own belongings. The Organizer accepts no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Just remember this is a family orientated event.
